Our certified technicians never access, copy, browse, or transfer personal media, messages, or confidential documents from customer laptops and phones checked in for screen, battery, or logic board repairs. Customers are encouraged to back up data prior to hardware servicing.

All financial transactions are handled securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords on our local servers.
