Transparent terms governing sales, repair guarantees, and return policies at our Tolichowki showroom.

1. Brand New Retail Warranty

All brand new retail smartphones, laptops, monitors, and components sold by TecnoMart carry official manufacturer authorized warranty across India with valid tax invoices. Warranty claims can be registered at any brand-authorized service center nationwide.

2. Certified Refurbished Warranty

Certified refurbished units include a 1-Year TecnoMart Store Warranty covering internal hardware functionality, alongside a 7-day replacement period for technical defects discovered upon delivery.

3. 90-Day Hardware Repair Guarantee

Components replaced during repair servicing (screens, batteries, ports, micro-soldered ICs) are protected under our 90-day functional repair warranty. Physical cracks, accidental drops, or liquid ingress occurring post-repair void this warranty.

4. Returns & Replacement Policy

Defective retail items reported within 48 hours of purchase will be inspected at our Tolichowki service hub for prompt DOA replacement in accordance with brand partner protocols.
